World-Wide Shipping

Orders being shipped within Canada & USA are subject to a flat $9.95 CAD shipping fee and all orders over $150.00 CAD have free shipping. Shipping time is 1 to 6 business days within Canada & USA.

For the countries listed below, the shipping fee is flat $50.00 CAD and all orders over $500.00 CAD have free shipping. Shipping time is 2 to 6 business days for all countries except Canada & USA.

Ordering & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order has been processed & shipped. Please allow 1-5 business days for the order to be processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your spam/junk mail. If still not received please contact

Please note, if multiple orders are placed to be shipped to the same shipping address & name, the shipment may be sent as one package (you may have the same tracking number for the different order numbers).

Order not received

We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.

If your item has been delivered as per the shipping companies tracking number, we are not responsible for the missing package. Please contact the courier company which had delivered the package. Also, please note, the customer is responsible for providing the correct address upon checkout. We will not be held liable for any incorrect/mistyped addresses and/or information, as we follow the information provided by the customer upon checkout.


All orders are shipped from Canada. Taxes within Canada will be applied as per the province / territory. If any country is except for Canada, duties will apply, please read below.


There are NO customs duties on orders being shipped within Canada.

US & International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

When ordering from the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.




All sales are FINAL (except hair extensions). Please be careful during your selection as we do not accept return or exchanges on any product.

    Promotional Codes

    All products purchased with a promotional code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

    Hair Extensions

    Hair Extensions are only refundable if the packaging seal is not broken or tampered with and the extensions have not been opened, worn or tampered with. The hair extensions come with a sample testing piece to colour match your hair and it is a part of the complete set. All extensions being returned must be returned with the sample testing piece.

    Please note we do not allow returns and exchanges of opened or tampered hair extensions due to hygienic reasons.

    For hair extensions, please note:

    • There is a restocking fee of $25 CDN if returned from North America
    • The security seal of the extensions box must not be broken or tampered with

    You are responsible for the return of the item(s) and the shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend sending the parcel with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items.

    If the return has not been accepted by us and/or instructions have not been followed as instructed by the returns department, our warehouse may deny the return of the goods.
